Character Quest EndingEdit

Arbiter defeats Travis Touchdown with two slices straight to the chest. Arbiter is seen flying his Banshee until he sees Master Chief on the ground fighting the Koopa Troop. Arbiter jumps out and while in the air pulls out his energy sword. They both get ready to fight.
