Ascension is a 2002 Horror Slasher Film written by Brian Kirk, Phillip Noyce and Henry Bromell and directed by Alexandre Aja. It stars Shanon Elizabeth, Eliza Dushku, Ethan Embry, James Kirk, Camille Guaty, Shiri Appleby, Olga Kurlenyko, Natasha Lyonne, Mike Vogel, Larisa Oleynik, Sienna Miller and Joshua Close.

Ascension is made by Tristar Pictures and it is rated R for Extreme horror violence and gore, some sexual content, language and teen drug use.


Two brothers (Ethan Embry) and (James Kirk) with a passion for Steam Trains have just been both dumped by the loves of the lives.

They come off in a deep seated hatred towards women and gain vengeance upon the women that broke their hearts.

They then develop an unsurfiable bloodlust and unwittingly after the Steam Train they took over to commit the murders become boarded by a group of young women.

Annabelle Adamson- Cut in half with circlar saw

Donnie Whitmore- Stabbed in stomach with flamethrower nozzle, burned alive
