Not much is known, but from the looks of the end of the Coalition DLC released for Codename: War, it seems that the game's antagonists will be the Russians and the infamous organization known as NOD, the main character will be David Marcus, who is now a captain himself, (He will lead an elite team known as Echo Five, which is a reference to Marcus's old team, Echo Four, which disbanded before he was promoted) and the story will take place at the beginning of 2014.The game will also seem to feature Element X once again as the Russians will attempt to concentrate the element and make more strains, probably for use against the Americans.
