Controversy over guitar riff
Former frontman of 1990s metal band Defunct Dungeon, Leo Priestly, filled a lawsuit on June 25th 2006 after hearing the song. He claimed that the guitar riff was stolen from Defunct Dungeon's 1998 song "Except the Rest". However Death Flower guitarist Luke Johnston proved the difference in riffs, and the lawsuit was dropped. Priestly and the other former Defunct Dungeon members still remain strong on their claim.
