Emergency Military Powers Act (Dimensional Universe)

The Emergency Military Powers Act, is a act passed by the Imperial Senate in 15 BBY. The Act authorized the use of martial law and states of emergency for any reason by the Imperial government. The law also specified certain powers of the military, that could be used without regard to the law. Although the Senate was dissolved in 0 BBY, the Act remains in effect.
