The Evil cops elite is a team of 6 elite evil cops in G.I. Cop hunters and one of the most commonly seen enemies of GI Cop hunters.

Cop Hazard: Leader of the Evil Cops Elite. Looks like Chip Hazard in evil cop uniform.
Cop Meathook: Sniper that resembles Butch Meathook in evil cop uniform.
Cop Nitro: Demolitions expert and resembles Nick Nitro in evil cop uniform.
Cop Bazooka: Artillery that resembles Brick Bazooka in evil cop uniform.
Cop Static: Communications ace that got communications jamming skills and resembles Link Static in evil cop uniform.
Cop Killigan: Covert ops cop that resembles Kip Killigan in evil cop uniform.
History[]
The evil cops elite served the evil cops, the Nazi cops, the Soviet cops and the United cops alliance throughout the war against the cop hunters.
During the reign of Narud the evil cops flew alongside James Mcbuttbreath in shooting down Air Force One in their flying police cars.
The evil cops elite attacked the pentagon with their flying police cars, multipurpose police cars and light tanks and even did psychological warfare using the Numa Numa song to attempt to get the defenders to break but lost when the cop hunters reinforcements arrived.
They latter attacked New York alongside their Nazi cops allies and protected the super cop robots while they are being constructed and latter on kidnapped the president and his family and went retreating to Europe when Narud dies.
When they served Duran they tried unsuccessfully to repel the cop hunters and failed to stop them from freeing the British and French prisoners from Nova and went retreating to Russia when the Nazi lord Duran exploded from a nuke.
In Russia they served the Soviet cops in terrorizing civilians with flying police cars and yak attack planes but were sent retreating by the cop hunters F-18s.
After Ivan dies the evil cops elite joined the United cops alliance in one last evil attempt to destroy the cop hunters.
After the deaths of all of the Evil cops elite the organization is labeled as a terrorist and criminal organization and being a member of it is a criminal act.
