Quickman is a species of Dylanusid that were genetically engineered by Maverick Hunters around 50,000 years ago that modified some domestic dylanuses to be battle soldiers and protect the Maverick Hunters, but ever since they have retired, Quickmen now live in peace with (almost) all sapient species, except vampires. Unlike their ancestors, the domestic dylanuses, Quickmen are now much smarter and are now fully sapient, being about 5% smarter than humans and now have cultures, religions, science, etc. and now have highly advanced technology that is more advanced than what humans had made.
