In this RP you can use any modern army. Please use divisions of armys, for example, Afganistan wouldn't be acceptable but the Taliban or Afghan National Army would be acceptable. If someone attacks you, you announce your loss or win. Misses (if someone attacks you and you say you won) are allowed sometimes but can not be excessive . You can not be invincible. Naval and air battles allowed. You start in your country, you can send forces places but they cant just magically appear there. Alliances can be made if both users agree. NO WEAPONS OF MASS-DESTRUCTION!
The U.S Army starts sending troops to Russia to set up a base and deplete the enemys forces.
Russia sets up a temporary fort to prepare for the incoming americans.
The U.S army arrives and starts construction on the base.

The United States starting building up their military, starting off another draft. They accept the Canadian Forces' request for an alliance. Myrtle Beach is destroyed, leaving hundreds of thousands dead or missing. The United States begins putting anti-aircraft weapons along the borders and coastlines, to ensure no more air raids. The Canadian Forces continue to turtle, constructing their lines. Newfoundland becomes an all-powerful sea fortress, while the people inside can continue their lives. Fishing is allowed in some areas, but for the most part the industry of Newfoundland has been slashed. Attention is paid to all parts of the country, and the 49th parallel is strengthened - not to block out the US, but to prevent any chance of enemy spies getting in disguised as US soldiers.
