Henry Simmons- Dennis shoots him in the head as he is about to kill Jessica after she realized he was the killer known as the Midnight Stalker that her uncle had tried to catch 10 years earlier.
Epilogue[]
Sam returned to Maryland after finding out from his father and mother that Quincy Peterson used to date her in college and he used to be best friends Hank Loomis and Neil Prescott and his father until there was some kind of falling out that Stu Sr wouldn't tell Sam about, he was determined to find out what happened between Dr Peterson and them that made him hate his former friends so much.Fifi's friends ,Jessica,Brianna,Ethan, Martina Ruiz and Will Hanson read Fifi's journal and discovered that their fears that Mimi was just a made up alter was true she was just using that as a cover to disguise that she liked killing people more then Sally did. Fifi learned from someone in the group that they had read the journal she said good, She then thought back to the night that killed Tori McKenzie in cold blood she hadnt meant to kill her but Tori angered her so much she lost control and it scared her. She now truly understood what made her alter Mimi tick and she didn't like it, she felt it was best that her friends hate her and move on with their lives she didn't deserve them in her mind and that she went to a mental hospital to get the help she needs help.
