Spiderman is a playable character in Marvel: Civil War and Marvel: Infinity War. He is initially an antagonist Civil War reforming towards the end of the game where he helps take down Iron Man's regime. He is one of the protagonists in Infinity War.

Marvel: Civil War[]
Spiderman sided with Iron Man during the civil war. When Iron Man threatened to destroy New York to demonstrate the chaos that would rise if superheroes are not kept in check and killed Black Widow when she protested this, Spiderman turned to Captain America.

Spiderman goes back to being New York's protector after the defeat of Iron Man.
