Street Fighter Vs Tekken Vs Soul Calibur Vs Mortal Kombat is a crossover fighting game crossing the universes of Street Fighter, Tekken, Soul Calibur and Mortal Kombat in the same roster with 100+ playable characters from all four franchises, using the Street Fighter engine. The game was a joint project of Capcom (Street Fighter), Namco (Tekken and Soul Calibur) and Warner Bros. Entertainment (Mortal Kombat).
Format[]
Street Fighter Vs Tekken Vs Soul Calibur Vs Mortal Kombat follows the format of Street Fighter, as apposed to the other three's setup of combat and et cetera. The feel of the game is very much Street Fighter orientated, which Capcom stated was the intention with the other developers.
Story[]
Street Fighter Vs Tekken Vs Soul Calibur Vs Mortal Kombat is set in a world aside from the four of the franchises; a fictional oriental-inspired world where fighting is the only way to garner honour.
