The Keyboard Warriors is an upcoming 2012 Australian Teenage Slasher film to be written by Lisa McCune and directed by Greg McLean.
It is to star Halle Kate Eisenberg, Jesse Eisenberg, Daryl Sabara, Avan Jogia, Alyson Hannigan, Logan Lerman, Keir Gilchrist, Holliston Coleman, Jenette McCurdy, Meaghan Martin, Hayley Hasselhoff, Sarah Bolger, Chelsea Tavares and Bonnie Wright.
It features cameo appearences from Hugh Jackman as the Internet Pornography Distributing Sleze Gavin Henderson and Lisa McCune the screenwriter herself appearing as a detective investigating the murders.
It is marketed to be the Australian Answer to Scream.
It concerns the plans of two immortalized maniacs killing off internet website obsessed teens from a Victorian College.
It is slated for a worldwide release in all theaters on January 2nd 2012.
Plot[]
Thirteen teen friends from Everley High School Victoria are beseached upon by a Button Masked Maniac in a hood who begins picking off the thirteen friends one by one whilest streaming their deaths on videos of their favourite internet websites.
It comes down to the quiet but funny main girl of the thirteen Connie Fallantine-Harlet (Halle Kate Eisenberg) and her charming best friend of the group Alex (Jesse Eisenberg) to catch the murderous online menace and stop him before they all end up in their final moments streamed across the internet.
