Summary[]
The reactivate decommissioned universal soldier must try get young woman to safety when she was kidnapped in 18 year ago by all of the universal soldiers.
Plot[]
The movie open with in 1992, Prescott Family have dinner. Universal soldiers break the door. Some of universal soldiers kill some of Prescott Family but they did not kill 9 year old Abigail Prescott (Maisie Smith). NGU (Andrei Arlovski) and Andrew Scott (Dolph Lundgren) closer look at Abigail. Andrew found out Abigail was born in 1983. NGU, Andrew and Universal soldiers grab Abigail and kidnapped her.
